Introduction

With over a decade of experience in engineering leadership, I mentor engineering leaders, startup founders, and scaling teams as they navigate growth, complexity, and inflection points. My background spans hands-on technical leadership, people management, and organizational scaling. I bring a pragmatic, context-aware perspective grounded in real-world challenges.

I've mentored engineering leaders and senior ICs on strengthening leadership capability, expanding technical and organizational influence, and making intentional career decisions. Founders and early-stage teams work with me to clarify priorities, avoid common scaling pitfalls, and build leadership foundations that support sustainable growth. Since 2023, I've also served as a Techstars Mentor, supporting early-stage startups through the uncertainty and tradeoffs of building and scaling.

My mentoring approach combines pattern recognition, direct feedback, and thoughtful questioning. The goal is not just insight, but momentum - helping you see more clearly, decide with confidence, and take action that aligns with both your ambitions and constraints.
